Jason Saunders is Rashkind Saunders & Co. and The Property Shop's Principal Broker and as such is responsible for managing all activities at the firm. Jason grew up in Virginia Beach and moved to the Richmond area to attend Randolph-Macon College where he studied political science and history. Licensed in 2004, Jason began his career in real estate with Keller Williams Realty where he helped clients buy and sell their homes and investment properties. In 2011 Jason launched The Property Shop with his business partner, Graham Rashkind. Their goal is to provide a complete property management solution, which offers personal attention and positive results for the client. Jason lives with his wife Carey, their daughter Sophie, and dog Julep in Henrico's West End.

As The Director of Client Services and Managing Broker, Graham Rashkind is responsible for owner relations and property marketing. Originally from Virginia Beach, Virginia, Graham moved to Richmond after graduating from Randolph-Macon College in nearby Ashland, VA in 1996. He received his Real Estate Salesperson license in 2003 and his Broker license in 2014. Graham has received the Distinguished Achiever Award from the Richmond Association of Realtors each year since. Graham lives in West End with his wife, Cameron, their three children (Harper, Lucas & Ethan) and their dog, Otis.

Winnie Pennington serves as the Operations Manager for The Property Shop, Rashkind Saunders & Co’s full service property management division. Winnie provides operations, maintenance, and client support. She is the first point of contact for our tenants and repair providers, assisting them by coordinating property repairs and maintenance; she is involved through every step of the process from the initial service call through the completion of the work order. She has more than 15 years of experience in property management having worked on-site at several large multi-family apartment communities and more recently working for a large regional property management firm based in Richmond. Winnie joined our team in August of 2016, she lives in Midlothian.
