Jason Hester serves as our lead Business Development Associate, he is a respected Realtor with a well established track record of success in the Richmond real estate market. He also has an excellent record representing small and medium sized investors interested in procuring and divesting income producing rental properties. He is an award winning, multi-million dollar producer, having received consistent recognition for his sale volume from the Richmond Association of Realtors and is a three time recipient of the 5 Star award from Richmond Magazine.

Jason is a graduate of Virginia Tech and has previously worked in the dotcom arena and in local politics & state government before deciding to go to work helping his broad network of contacts with their personal real estate needs. Jason is a lifelong resident of the metro Richmond area, having grown up in Midlothian and has lived in the Fan and Bellevue. He currently resides in the Westover Hills area with his wife, daughter, and their two dogs.

Winnie Pennington serves as the Support Services Coordinator for The Property Shop, Rashkind Saunders & Co’s full service property management division. Winnie provides operations, maintenance, and client support. She is the first point of contact for our tenants and repair providers, assisting them by coordinating property repairs and maintenance; she is involved through every step of the process from the initial service call through the completion of the work order. She has more than 15 years of experience in property management having worked on-site at several large multi-family apartment communities and more recently working for a large regional property management firm based in Richmond. Winnie joined our team in August of 2016, she lives in Midlothian.
